Dhee Rani Program is a Punjab government collective marriage program for low-income families. They receive much-needed support from this, which helps them to enjoy their children's wedding without having to worry about the cost. Key Benefits of the Dhee Rani Program
1: CM Punjab Wedding Gist
A dowry (Jahies) worth 206000 will be given to the bride as a gift from CM Punjab including clothes, a double bed, a mattress, a mirror, a dinner set, the Holy Quran, a prayer mat, and some other daily usage items.
2: CM Punjab cash gift
An ATM card from the Bank of Punjab will be given to the bride. It is a salami of 100,000 rupees from CM Punjab.
3: Wedding Event
Throughout the Punjab Dhee Rani program, 3000 poor girls will get married across Punjab.
Eligibility Criteria of the Dhee Rani Program
Who Can Apply?
- Destitute girls, orphans, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), or daughters of PWDs.
- Age must be between 18 to 40 years.
Who Can Submit the Application?
- The bride herself, her father, mother, or guardian can submit applications.
Other Requirements:
- Must be domiciled in Punjab.
- If applications exceed the limit, the selection will be done through electronic balloting.
- An affidavit must be provided conforming to unmarried status and readiness to participate in the group wedding.
How to Apply for the Punjab Dhee Rani Program
You can register for the Punjab Dhee Rani Programme in two ways:
1: Online Registration:
- Fill out the registration form available at: https://cmp.punjab.gov.pk/register
- Enter all the applicant details, including name, CNIC, District, Tehsil, Gender, Telecom network, contact number, Email address, Password, and conform password, then press the register button.
- After that, you will get 5 5-digit verification code on your provided mobile number. Put this code in the required field and press the submit button. If you don’t get the OTP you can press the robo-call button to listen to the OPT code.
- You are now successfully registered to the system. Log in by providing the CNIC number and password used.
- Punjab Dhee Rani program form will appear on the screen. You need to enter the bride's (Dolhan) information, the bride's father or guardian's information, the groom's (Dolha) information, groom's father or guardian's information. After that hit the submit button.
- A new form for uploading attachments will appear on the screen. You need to upload all the required documents including the bride's passport-size photo, the bride's CNIC (front and back), the bride's father's CNIC (front and back), and the bride mothers CNIC (front and back).
- Similarly, upload all the required documents for the groom and press the submit button. Ensure that all the documents are successfully uploaded.
- At this step, you need to read the affidavit displayed on the screen. After carefully reviewing it check the box and hit the submit button.
Congratulations your application will be submitted. And you will get the application submission confirmation SMS at your register mobile number.
2: Offline Submission:
Submit a written application to the Deputy Director Office of Social Welfare in your respective district.
After applying, you can track your application status by signing into the dashboard using your login credentials. This allows you to stay updated on your application's progress easily.
